choices of gas, electric or a combination of both. We have decided
that as the specification is varied and upgraded so often it
has been impossible to cover all specifications and details,
however a visit to our Studio and our professional staff will
be able to advise and recommend for your preferred requirements.

Every appliance offers a wide choice of original specification,
equipment and finish options and where cooking is concerned
the choice can be quite bewildering.

Conventional Oven
A conventional oven works on the principal that heat rises.
It is hotter at the top than at the bottom - ideal for cooking
different dishes simultaneously. |
Fan Oven
The heating element surrounds a fan which distributes hot air
around the oven. The result is a more even temperature throughout
the oven and much faster cooking - ideal for batch baking. |
Conventional Grill
The conventional grill cooks by using heat from above the food
and is ideal for a range of foods from toast to steak. |
Ceramic Hob
The electric element is held in place under the ceramic glass.
Ceramic hobs are easy to keep clean. Not all pans are suitable
for ceramic hobs. |
Fastlite Element
A hob element sealed under a ceramic hob but with much faster
heat response than standard ceramic elements. |
Halogen Element
Quite literally, cooking at the speed of light. Each element
- held under easy to clean glass - is heated by Halogen tubes,
providing instant 'light up'. |
Coolline Doors
Belling doors are double glazed and cooled by air flow to keep
the surface relatively cool. At an oven temperature of 200C,
the average door temperature would be 45C. |
Multifunction Oven
A versatile oven including a number of different functions:
a fan oven, top and bottom heat for conventional cooking, fan
grilling and fan defrost facility.
